KARIM STARBOY JETS OUT WITH BLACK PRINCESS FOR US CAMPING

The president of Tamale Allstars FC, Mr. Karim Starboy jetted out this morning with the national U-20 female team, the Black Princess for a two week camping in the United States ahead of the August female world cup in Japan.
Speaking to tufaghanafc.com shortly before their departure, Mr. Karim expressed optimism about going through a successful training tour in the US ahead of the competition where they have been placed in a difficult group.
Coach Robert Sackey's Black Princesses are placed in Group D which appears the toughest with holders Germany, two-time world champions USA and China PR.
The tournament will commence on 19 August and run to 8 September. The 21-day tournament will take place across five venues, including Hiroshima, Kobe, Miyagi, Saitama and Tokyo, with the historic Japanese capital playing host to the final.
Ghana made their World Cup debut in the Germany 2010 finals.
The groups:
Group A: Japan, Mexico, Switzerland, New Zealand
Group B: Brazil, Korea Republic, Italy, Nigeria
Group C: Korea DPR, Canada, Norway, Argentina
Group D: USA, China PR, Germany, Ghana
