3 NORTHERN REGION GIRLS AXED FROM FINAL MAIDENS SQUAD

Coach Mashud Dramani Didi of the Women national U-17, the black maidens today released his final squad for the world cup qualifying match this weekend without 3 players from the Northern region.
The trio Rahman Suliem, Alhassan Rahma and Abdul Rahman Samira failed to impress the technical handlers from an initial number of 30 players invited to prampram in December last year.
However compatriots Amina Fusieni,Rashida A. Rahman and Sherifa Sumaila were part of the list to jet out to Cameroun to play in the1stleg on Saturday.
The return leg will be in Accra on 5 February 2012.
Ghana will be pushing for one the three slots available to the continent for the finals to be held in Azerbaijan later this year in September.
