2nd March, 2015.

Academy boy, Mohammed Naeem salvaged a 2-2 draw for Tamale Utrecht against Tamale All Stars in day two of the ongoing GN Bank Division One League. Tamale Utrecht were forced to come from behind on two occasion as they pushed for the top spot in Zone One over the weekend.

Baba Nuhu Malam's side needed a win to top their zone after opening their account with victory in day one, but it was the newly promoted side who grabbed the initiative when they scored in the first half.

Former RTU and Guan United striker, Micheal Japaa capitalised on nervy defending to nod a scruffy equalizer two minutes into the second half and preserve TUFA's impressive unbeaten record. However, All Stars came back strongly and it was Abdulai Aminu who restored their lead with a sublime finish to make it 2-1.

But on his second competitive appearance for the senior side, academy boy, Mohammed Naeem struck for the Kasalgu based side ten minutes from time to salvage a point for TUFA, who will travel to Japafrom to face Mpouasoman FC in day three of the competition.

Although they remain two points behind RTU and B. Arsenal TUFA will now certainly feel they are gaining grounds on the domestic scene.
