TUFA TO HOST TUMU HAPPY STARS IN MTN FA CUP PRELIMINARY ROUND
22nd January, 2015
Tamale Utrecht Football Academy have been drawn against third tie side Tumu Happy Stars in the 2015 MTN FA Cup competition as they prepare for a busy season.
The Kasalgu based side failed to progress past the first round last season after a first round defeat to Boforkwa Tana in Sunyani, but will take advantage of their experience so far in the competition against the Upper West side that is playing their first competitive game in this competition.
The preliminary round of the MTN FA Cup competition is scheduled to kick off from Wednesday 28th January through to Sunday February 1.
This round of the competition will involve some second and third tier sides with the Premier leagues set to join in a Round of 64 draw which will be held on February 9.
