FC UTRECHT U-17 TO VISIT GHANA

The parent club of Tamale Utrecht Football Academy in the NMetherlands will visit Ghana as part of their ex-change programe with TUFA. The visit which forms part of activities marking the three year existance of the Academy in Tamale was initiated by the CEO of TUFA Abdulai Alhassan in collaborations with Utrecht FC and the Dutch Football Federation.

The visit of the Utrecht U-17 side of Utrecht FC is expected to strengthen the ex-change programe existing between TUFA and Utrecht FC as well as giving the under- previlage in the communities the opportunity to benefit from their counterparts.The 28man contingent will touch down in Accra on Thursday evening and will be welcomed by TUFA U-17 side when they arrived at the Tamale Airport on Friday morning. Thereafter, the contingent will pay a courtesy call on the chief of Kasalgu before assembling at the TUFA Complex for the opening ceremony, where there will be traditional dancers and drammers to welcome the team.

On Saturday, the 14th December,TUFA together with FC Utrecht and the northern regional U-17 champions will commence the football tournament organised by TUFA as part of activities to mark the four day stay of their counterparts.

Utrecht FC will wrap up their stay here in Ghana with the commisioning of a water project to DIVINE ACESS SHS.
