TUFA U-14 WON AGAINST FIRST CLASS U-15

The young kasalans  yesterday beat First class colts club 2-1 at the kasalgu Sports Complex yesterday in a game that was more physical in the first half.  This tells the level  of physical fitness the U-14 boys are enjoying because even at the top of  heated exchanges in the first half they still had their 2 beautiful goals from the boots of Simba Sylvester(new entrant) and sulemana A.Latif within a space of 4 minutes. The 2 goals were all provided by the tall lanky and silky striker Alhassan Sheriff who the writer prefer to call Adebayor of TUFA  provided the needed passes to get his team the goals to settle in the game.

Sylvester received a through pass from sheriff behind the penalty  arc and shoot  straight into the net on the 34^th minute, while Latif (Mercy)connected home calmly after sheriff went passed 5 players of the visitors.

The combination was excellent as the homesters  enjoyed better part of the first half. The second half was  however different as the visitors sort to more pressing game which actually paid off  5 mintues after the restart of the game through Iddrisu Wahab.

No wonder Ibrahim Lukman won the best player of the match because even when the going became difficult for TUFA  he was the only player controlling affairs for the young kasalans and he stood in between the victory of the visitors an d his team.

Abass A. Mumin was the second best player  of the day as he was seen and heard  loud organizing his defence, commandind play and always building the attack from the flanks, but for the goal he conceded he would have been number 1 for the match.

As usual  Sheriff Alhassan Adebayor will never miss a place in the top 3 of a match, he came behind Abass because of his selfless contribution in the two goals.
