The call for celebration of the birth and inauguration of Tamale Utrecht Football Academy at kasalgu is loud and clear as the Good people of Tamale and Kasalgu community are happy to celebrate with the Family of TUFA.

The Chief Executive Officer of TUFA Mr. Alhassan Abdulai never expected his dream and toiled project of TUFA to be a year so soon but remembered and recounted on the 26^th and 27^th of may, 2012 when TUFA received a high powered delegation from Holland led by  Frans Van Seumeren in Tamale to witness the opening Ceremony of the Project.

Activities Lined up for the celebration included;

1. Clean up exercise at TUFA
2. Football Match between TUFA  Staff and its Bankers
3. Foot volley Competition among  U15 team
4. Quiz Competition between TUFA and Manhalia, Zogbeli Blk A and Nyohini presby
5. Soccer Match between TUFA U15 and  U.N.Rangers colts Club
6. Soccer Match between TUFA Division 1 and Tamale Select Side
7. Variety Show entertainment.
