YOUNG KASALANS MAULED LIBERTY BABIES COLTS CLUB

Tamale Utrecht Football Academy U-13 on Sunday beat Liberty Babies colts club 4-0 at the Kasalgu complex. The U-13 friendly which was originally scheduled to play Standfast Colts club found Liberty as replacement after the former had pulled out from the match.
The home team scored all four goals in the first half after striker Mohammed Majeed opened the scoring gate in the 6th minute. Left Back Mohammed Sadat added the second in 13th minute to begin frustrations in the game for Liberty Babies.
Alhassan Sherif capped his excellent performance in attack with a goal after rounding off a defender and placing a half volley into the far corner of the post in the 27th minute. TUFA continued its fine form in the game with excellent exchanges in midfield anchored by Abass Sadique and Abdulai Adamu and Alhassan Mahmud.
The young Kasalans punished the visitors in the 30th minute after Alhassan Jelil capitalised on sloppy marking in defence to score from close range.
