BABA NUHU MALLAM GETS MAIDENS APPOINTMENT

Mr. Baba Nuhu Mallam
The administrative secretary of Guan United Mr. Baba Nuhu Mallam has received an appointment by the Ghana Football Association to the position of Equipment Manager at the Black Maidens.
Mr. Nuhu’s appointment to the national women under 17 side comes at a time the team is preparing towards the women world cup in Azerbaijan later this year.
He is expected to apply his rich experience in the sport to enhance the performance of other technical team members including head coach Mashud Dramani Didi who also doubles as Technical Director of Guan United.
The long harmonious working relationship between Coach Mashud and Mr. Nuhu at Guan is expected to boost confidence in the Coach and his back room staff ahead of the 2012 women world cup thatwill take place between September 22 and October 22 in Baku and Lankaran.
Ghana, who will be making her third straight appearance at the World Cup are keen to go past the group stages after two failed attempts.The Black Maidens are in Group D alongside Uruguay, China PR and Germany.
