RTU READY FOR BIG CLUBS IN FA CUP DRAW-GARGO MOHAMMED
21 December, 2011
Real Tamale United Head coach Mohammed Gargo has hinted that the club is ready for any big club in the MTN FA Cup round of 64.
Speaking to www.tufaghanafc.com ahead of the MTN FA Cup draw tomorrow, Gargo was optimistic of victory if drawn against the big clubs like Hearts of Oak, Kumasi Asante Kotoko or Berekum Chelsea.
‘I have watched the Hearst of Oak vrs Tema Youth match and the standard was not better than my club, RTU is stronger and can beat any of the big clubs in the FA cup’. Gargo noted.
Coach Gargo who just returned from a CAF licence ‘B’ coaching course in Accra was not part of the RTU team that beat Juventus 1-0 in the preliminary round of the MTN FA Cup in Yeji a week ago.
RTU plays Dynamos FC in a friendly match at the Tamale stadium annex tomorrow.
