SAWLA COMPLETES NORTHERN REGION QUARTET IN MTN FA CUP

Sawla United today completed a quartet for Northern region in the MTN FA cup competiton after beating Pwalgu United 1-0 at the Bolga Park.

Sawla United who lost 10 key players on transfer including Tamale Utrecht striker Tahiru Abdul Moomin, managed to grab the last ticket to the next round of the FA Cup competition.

Thus they join Real Tamale United, Guan United and Tamale Utrecht as the only clubs representing the region in the round of 64 of the FA Cup.
