TUFC BREAKS JINX IN A FRIENDLY

Tamale Utrecht football club today beat shakur Allstars 4-0 in a thrilling friendly match played at the Tamale polytechnic field. The win thus ended streaks of drawn matches recorded between them in three previous friendly engagements.
The match was used by both club managers to put their teams in shape for the division two competition that has been held up temporarily.
Three players on trial from Cape Coast Be Just FC were part of the TUFC victory. The trio namely Ebenezer Williams, Nana Ackon and Thomas G. Wilberforce are being assessed by the technical team for possible registration to play a part in the TUFC division two competition.
Goals from Adam A. Basit, Alhassan Kalusha, Iddrisu Osman and Nana Ackon gave TUFC a sweet victory against their host.
