Talented midfielder Nana Akwasi Asare on Sunday hit brace to enable FC Utrecht gain an away win over Excelsoir in the Dutch Eridivisie.
The Ghana Midfielder volleyed home a Rodney Sneijder pass in the 26th minute and made no mistake in 56th minute to connect a cross from eight yards to ensure a 3-2 away victory for his side.
The utility player who also plays in the left back position captained the team for the entire duration of the match. FC Utrecht now occupies the 7th position on the 18 club league table with 10 points.
