WARIS GOAL EARN HACKEN A POINT

Tamale lad Abdul-Majeed Waris scored a world class goal on Friday to help Hacken draw 1-1 with leaders Helsingborg at home. Waris was however substituted in the 66^th minute after an impressive play.

The 19 year old midfielder played for Tamale colts side, Standfast FC before joining the Swedish side,Hacken FC that is currently occupying 4^th place in the Swedish league.

Compatriot, Mubarak Wakaso watched the entire match from the bench when his Villarreal side drew 2-2 with Sevilla in a match of equals in the Spanish La Liga on Saturday.

Meanwhile,Abdul Yakeen Iddi lasted the entire regulation period for KV Mechelen which recorded a 1-2 home defeat to Club Brugge in the Belgium league over the week end.
